Introduction:

Our client is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support
  2. To manage customer appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities
  3. To maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  4. To assist in creating compelling sales proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials that drive business growth
  5. To work closely with various teams to support sales initiatives and achieve targets
  6. To identify and implement efficiency-enhancing processes

Requirements:

  1. Experience in sales coordination or project coordination in construction/lighting/interior design or relevant firms
  2. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Chinese
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to build and maintain relationships.
  4. Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data
