Introduction:

We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations across departments, support audits, and ensure compliance with international standards. This role requires someone with a strong background in electronics manufacturing, ISO systems, and supplier quality as well as hands-on leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the setup, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
2. Coordinate internal quality operations, audits, and collaboration with teams in Thailand and China
3. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and product non-conformance using 8D, Q7 tools, and root cause analysis
4. Lead initiatives on process improvement, supplier quality, and requalification inspections
5. Approve corrective/preventive actions in response to customer feedback and internal findings
6. Manage engineering QA, IQC, and cross-functional quality assessments
7. Track departmental KPIs and implement improvements when gaps are identified
8. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001:2015, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field
2. 710 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools
4. Experience with plastic injection is an advantage
5. Familiarity with calibration, metrology tools, and interpreting technical drawings
6. Proficient in 8D reports, root cause analysis, and SPC/Control Plans
7. Good command of English (Chinese language skills are a plus)
8. Skilled in Microsoft Office and quality reporting software
9. Strong leadership and collaboration skills; capable of working cross-functionally
10. Awareness of safety, waste control, chemical handling, and emergency planning
