Introduction:

Location: Rayong Salary: 45,000–60,000 THB

Responsibilities:

1. Control and monitor product quality to ensure conformance with specifications and engineering drawings.
2. Investigate and analyze quality issues during production; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Perform Root Cause Analysis and prepare 8D reports.
4. Develop and maintain quality documentation: Inspection Standards, Work Instructions, Control Plans, and FMEAs.
5. Support PPAP and NPI quality audits for new product introductions.
6. Manage customer complaint investigations, claims, and returns.
7. Regularly visit customers and act as a lead during customer audits.
8. Supervise and verify implementation of improvement actions.
9. Participate in internal audits and support ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949 systems.
10. Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards for plastic parts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of quality experience in the automotive industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: QC Seven Tools, Fishbone, 5 Whys, SPC, MSA, 8D.
4. Understanding of manufacturing processes and common defects for injection-molded, stamped, and assembled parts.
5. Familiarity with automotive process methodologies, product drawing interpretation, and inspection tools.
6. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective team communication.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office and common quality-related software.
8. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
9. Ability to work six days per week.
