Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute exclusive trading techniques centered on rate-related instruments such as interest rate futures, swaps, credit default swaps (CDS), and credit default indices (CDX).
2. Perform comprehensive market studies and investigations to uncover prospects for global macro investment approaches.
3. Implement trades promptly and accurately while adhering to established risk controls.
4. Oversee and adjust portfolio exposure to risk, modifying tactics to maximize returns.
5. Work closely with fellow traders, financial analysts, and risk control teams to exchange information and boost trading methodologies.
6. Keep informed on market developments, economic data, and regulatory evolutions impacting interest rate markets.
7. Compile consistent performance summaries, market evaluations, and strategy revisions.

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related disciplines. Advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are advantageous.
2. Demonstrated background in proprietary trading focused on credit and rate instruments.
3. Exceptional analytical abilities and skills in interpreting sophisticated financial information.
4. Strong proficiency in risk mitigation and sound judgment backed by successful outcomes.
