Introduction:

This job holder will mainly oversee a multi-million building engineering project in East Kowloon. He / She will be reporting directly to the Associate Director and leading a team of 5 members to complete the job tasks.

Responsibilities:

Major criteria:

1) Strong hands-on Design and Build Experience in HVAC is essential

2) Experience gained from Consultant field or Sub-Contractor field is an advantage.

3) Execution and supervisor experience for Project Management is highly preferred.

Job Duties:

• Be responsible for overseeing project management of company, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.

• Lead the project team complete project under tight schedule.

• Manage sub-contractors and vendors to ensure project deliverable.

• Support project sales for tender preparation.

• Perform other necessary duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in engineering.

• Experience in building service (especially MVAC installation) for new construction site will be an advantage.

• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience, with 3 years gained from managerial level.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.

• Self-motivated, initiative with strong sense of responsibility.
