Introduction:

This position is responsible for bringing Lean Transformation expertise to the organization, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Lean transformation, utilizing Lean principles to achieve strategic objectives.
2. Facilitate and support Lean initiatives, coaching project leaders, and coordinating project implementations.
3. Identify improvement areas, develop continuous improvement plans, and work with teams to reduce waste and enhance performance.
4. Organize projects, assess risks, develop tools for tracking efficiencies, and report progress to senior management.
5. Ensure projects are evaluated for value and cost, aligning with company objectives, and maintain safe operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Business Administration.
2. 2+ years in port operations or logistics. (Logistics/3PL industry experience is highly suitable.)
3. Preferably a LEAN practitioner or at least training participate in Lean / Kaizen course.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, project management, process mapping, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in software development concepts, database management, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Collaborate with HSE, ENG, IT, People, Security for Lean projects and training.
7. Engage with Global Lean Community, Trucking Community, Union & 3rd party Labor for project inclusion and process understanding.
