Introduction:

Location: Chonburi, Thailand Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB (Based on experience) Industry: Automotive & Off-The-Road Wheel Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach new business opportunities within the automotive and heavy machinery sectors, focusing on metal stamping and welding assemblies.
2. Discuss technical specifications, engineering drawings, and drafts with clients to ensure production feasibility.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing Tier-1 and OEM clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial inquiries.
4. Prepare detailed price breakdowns and quotations based on material costs, stamping processes, and welding complexities.
5. Monitor industry trends in the OTR (Off-The-Road) and automotive sectors to stay ahead of competitors.
6. Travel to client sites within the Eastern Seaboard and surrounding areas to provide on-site support and project updates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive) or a related field with a strong interest in sales.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Automotive Stamping, Welding, or Parts Manufacturing industry.
3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints and discuss technical drafts with clients comfortably.
4. Good command of English (written and spoken) for reporting and communicating with international management/clients.
5. Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle (for client visits).
6. Strong negotiation skills, proactive attitude, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
