Introduction:

We are looking for a technically proficient Water System Supervisor to oversee the clean water supply and treatment systems for our client's new facility. This role is essential for ensuring that the plant’s water quality and utility systems meet strict production and physical quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and be capable of managing both preventative maintenance and system optimizations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive work plans for the water supply system to ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
2. Maintenance Oversight: Manage the preventative and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment within the water system to maximize efficiency and lifespan.
3. Quality Control & Analysis: Conduct physical water quality analysis and monitor system performance to ensure all outputs meet predefined targets and safety standards.
4. System Design & Documentation: Utilize technical drawing skills to interpret mechanical blueprints and suggest design improvements for water-related machinery.
5. Technical Compliance: Ensure all water treatment processes and equipment operations align with industrial regulations and plant safety protocols.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Industrial Education, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in water systems, utilities, or industrial machinery maintenance.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software for engineering drawings.
4. Expertise in reading mechanical blueprints and understanding industrial machinery design.
5. Competency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data tracking.
6. Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and quality management.
