Personal Assistant to Chairman
Introduction:
A Hong Kong Listed Company located at Kowloon Bay is looking for above position urgently.
Responsibilities:
- to provide full range of Secretarial support to the Chairman (both business & personal support)
- to process visa application for visitors if needed
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above qualification
- with at least 5 years experience in providing Secretarial support to senior management
- good PC & language skills
- immediate available is highly preferred
- 5-day work
- year end bonus
- medical insurance
- annual leave
