Introduction:

The job holder will be responsible for operations and customer services for a health products of a marketing and distribution company in HK.

Responsibilities:

•         Handle customer and potential consumers enquiries, not limited to our products, services, web ordering, payment and logistics and other technical issues
•         Maintain and improve customer satisfaction, handling difficult cases and complaint settlement
•         Manage different channels, e.g. email, online chat, phone etc to ensure our service scope is delivered
•         Handle offline purchase order, internal and external corporate order and flow
•         Lead proactive caring and ensure good user experience, collect and understand customer voice and provide insights and suggestion
•         Consolidate and summarise operation reports for hotline operation, feedback customer voice and provide operational improvement
•         Support operation and logistics team on daily ad hoc program, special order process

Requirements:

•         Degree holder
•         At least 5 years experience in customer service, call centre, sales administration, or order processing
•         Experience in e-commerce or direct selling industry preferred
•         Can work under pressure, able to deal with difficult customers
•         Strong communication skills
•         Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate tactfully and confidently
•         Good reporting and analytical skills
•         Good time management skills
•         General business skill including proficiency in PC technology, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
•         Fluent in Cantonese and English for both oral and writing, good in Mandarin
