Medical Marketing and Training Manager, APAC

Introduction:
Our client, a European pharmaceutical company specializing in dermo cosmetics, rheumatology, dermatology, and the marketing of active cosmetic ingredients with international presence, is now looking for a high calibre for the position of Marketing and Training Manager, APAC joining its regional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the training strategy and materials for products (product messages, presentations, brochures and frequently asked questions) in accordance with the target audience (internal and external field team, HCP, consumer).
- Follow up-to-date information about products, medical trends and competitors, to provide scientific and medical expertise
- Contribute to the successful launch of new products and indications
- Provide trainings for the product and competitor product information in the needs of field teams
- Coordinate and conduct the trainings about the company, researches, products and sales force when needed
- Plan and develop medical marketing activities and collaborations
- Establish and maintain the relationship with medical key opinion leaders in APAC
- Present in the occasions of doctors, pharmacists and other HCPs such as seminar
- Work with the counterparty in distributors to develop and execute local medical marketing plan
- Organize and participate medical congresses
- Prepare, monitor and report the medical marketing budget
- Report the training participation results
- Visit the local HCP markets in line with the regional strategy
- Ensure continuous improvement and respect for procedures particularly in terms of Quality and CSR.
- Manage internal and external projects related to medical marketing and training
- Support regional projects like annual seminar with medical marketing or product training / introduction sessions
- Be the contact person of field team and distributors when they have scientific questions and provide professional
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in medical marketing or training in pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, medical or FMCG industry
- Bachelor degree in biology, chemistry, or a medical-related field; Master degree is a plus
- Fluent business English and at least one Asian language, 2 will be a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and industry trends
- Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical products, procedures, and regulations in APAC.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex scientific information into understandable marketing materials.
- Field sales experience or knowledge is a plus
- Good data analysis capability
