Introduction:

Robot Automation

Responsibilities:

• Perform design and modify the detail drawings for machine or new product following the basic engineering and the customer specification

• Prepare and control tooling drawing and equipment drawing.

• Control the material according to standards specified in the drawing. Ask Manager immediately if there is any question or doubt.

• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications

• Develop and improve tooling and equipment.

• New machine / tooling learning and set up.

• Create management procedure for production equipment and fixture.

• Provide and confirm product BOM draft.

• Execute component materials selection and suppliers import.

• Assist problem analysis and follow-up.

• Collaborate with Supervisor to determine project requirements

• Coordinate and review engineering schedules with team members

• Support team during assembly for any technical information

• Support another task as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Diploma, Degrees in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

• Minimum 1 years directly related field.

• Experience in the high-speed automation or manufacturing industries is be advantaged

• Computer skill: SolidWork, AutoCAD 3D and 2D Drawing.

• Good command in English.
