Introduction:

Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated Marketing Executive with proven experience in CRM and loyalty program management. I excel at driving successful marketing campaigns from concept to completion, encompassing seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand activation. My background includes strong collaboration with mall and corporate partners to develop impactful rewards programs and year-long partnerships. I also oversee social media engagement, work closely with design teams on compelling visuals, and effectively liaise with external agencies and vendors. I'm adept at cross-functional collaboration, performance reporting, and crafting persuasive marketing copy. My expertise lies in developing and executing CRM content (EDMs, SMS, WhatsApp) to nurture leads, retain customers, and achieve key performance indicators, supported by meticulous dashboard maintenance. Responsibilities:

Marketing Executive (CRM, Loyalty Programs Experience)

  1. Manage and execute marketing campaigns till completion to achieve campaign objectives such as seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand activation.
  2. Liaise with mall partners and corporate partners for Rewards programs and Year-long tie-ups/ partnerships
  3. Oversee the management of social media accounts, ensuring regular updates, engagement with the online community
  4. Work with the in-house designer to create visually compelling assets that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Liaise with advertising agencies, suppliers, and vendors.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints
  7. Identify and collaborate with relevant agencies and influencers to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness
  8. Generate monthly performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for future strategies and initiatives.
  9. Craft persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
  10. Develop and execute CRM content (EDMs/SMS/WhatsApp) to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.
  11. Maintaining CRM and marketing-related dashboards for performance reviewing
  12. Coordinate with IT, product, operations teams, graphic designer and other internal and external stakeholders in the execution of CRM strategies to achieve defined KPIs



Requirements:


  1. Minimally 2 years of experience in marketing with exposure to campaign planning, creative development or digital marketing.
  2. Experience in retail, consumer tech, e-commerce or high-growth start-ups will be advantageous. 
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva, CapCut, Excel or other design tools is a plus
  4. Good writing skills and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  6. Creative and data-driven thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  7. Detail-oriented, excellent in project and time-management skills.
  8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Ability to work independently
