Our client, a fast-growing education consultant company, is looking for a high-caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Own and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive qualified leads and enrolment.
2. Manage performance marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, paid social, email) with clear ROI accountability.
3. Optimise the full customer journey from awareness to conversion through data-driven decision-making.
4. Track, analyse, and improve campaign performance using analytics tools and actionable insights.
5. Lead the strategy and execution of flagship events including school fairs, seminars, and private consultations.
6. Design events as conversion drivers, not just brand activities.
7. Oversee end-to-end delivery, including planning, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution.
8. Develop and implement high-touch communication strategies (including WhatsApp and email) to nurture prospective families.
9. Build engagement journeys that improve conversion, retention, and overall client experience.
10. Work closely with admissions and leadership to align marketing efforts with business targets.
11. Take ownership of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on outcomes and accountability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, education, or related disciplines.
2. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
3. 6 years’ proven experience in event management and project management; experience in organizing exhibitions is a big advantage.
4. Solid experience in Education or Immigration Consultant field is a must.
5. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
6. Flexible thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
7. Proficiency with event technology platforms.
8. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
