Introduction:

Our client, a well-established General Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Day to day handling and settlement of claims cases
2. Manage and supervise subordinates performance and approve their requisitions
3. Lead the team to do regular open claim and close claim review
4. Month-end reserve review of each claim cases
5. Manage vendors performance and review works done by them
6. Handling customer and intermediaries enquiries
7. Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
8. Independent with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

1. Degree holder with professional qualifications in insurance
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
3. 10 years experience in general insurance claims particularly Property & Casualty lines 
4. Strong technical knowledge in P&C insurance products
5. Experience in supervising a team
