Introduction:

Our client, a world-renowned beauty retailer is urgently seeking candidates for the post of Logistics & Demand Forecast Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery order operation and administrative support to the warehouse and local sales
• Handle PO processes to the Regional to maintain stock inventory
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL warehouse closely to ensure smooth operation
• Coordinate with sales and marketing team for retail operation
• Work closely with forwarder, Regional and customers for logistics arrangements
• Handle declaration of import and export goods
• Coordinate with the Ecommerce delivery company

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' of experience in logistic and forecast planning
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel
• SAP/SBO experience is preferred
• Energetic, able to work multitasking and independent
• Fair spoken and written English
