Key Account Manager/ Sales Manager (Automotive)

Introduction:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, particularly Japanese OEMs. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share within the automotive industry.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Leverage this knowledge to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Organize and participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Deliver exceptional service and support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market conditions to Chinese supervisors. Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Proven track record in key account management and sales, with experience working with Japanese OEMs highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams across various cultures.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand. Flexibility to visit clients in other provinces and occasional work at new plant sites in Rayong province.
