Junior Secretary

Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to arrange the CEO schedule, including meetings, interviews and daily driving roasters
  • Assist to coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, hotel reservations and other logistics across multiple time zones
  • Assist to handle personal matters and provide secretarial support including preparing expense reports and financial documentation
  • Assist in company events, meetings and other engagements
  • File corporate agreements and addendums
  • Assist to prepare annual due diligence returns to Insurance Carriers
  • Assist to prepare annual returns to regulators and circulate notices to CEO and Operations Manager
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • Good English and Cantonese
  • 1 year or above secretarial and office administrative experience
  • MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
