Introduction:

A SME located at Fotan is now looking for a Junior Pharmacist to cope with their expanding business.

Responsibilities:

1. Review pharmaceutical product and manufacturer documentation, including COA, GMP and registration documents
2. Support verification of manufacturers, suppliers and exporters
3. Review authorization letters and product compliance records
4. Identify missing, inconsistent or potentially non-compliant documentation
5. Maintain regulatory files for products, suppliers and manufacturers
6. Support pharmaceutical import/export and wholesale-related documentation
7. Follow up with manufacturers, suppliers and other external parties when documentation is incomplete
8. Coordinate with merchandising, accounting, operations and management teams
9. Support regulatory compliance, recalls, safety alerts and other pharmaceutical compliance matters where required

Requirements:

1. Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline
2. Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist preferred; candidates who are eligible for registration or have strong relevant pharmaceutical/regulatory experience may also be considered
3. Experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical wholesale, import/export, product registration, QA/QC or pharmaceutical compliance preferred
4. Understanding of GMP, COA and pharmaceutical documentation
5. Strong attention to detail and comfortable working according to SOPs
6. Able to independently follow up outstanding documents and escalate problems when necessary
