Introduction:

A well established MNC, Fortune 500 company, develops and produces lifestyle electronic consumer gadgets, is hiring to cope with its growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and suppliers for order proceeding, delivery control, credit limit control, prepare forecast figures and monitor outsource work
• Check order, quotation, and direct selling expenses, sales forecast and container forecast
• Liaise with forwarder and shipping company for logistic control and arrangement
• Carry out business activities to achieve rationalization and cost buster
• Follow up agreement, contract and declaration form
• Communicate with customers & suppliers to monitor and control account receivables
• Handle new account set up for customers and suppliers
• Participate and perform accordingly to CSR, SOX compliance requirement
• Assist other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
