IT Technical Support (EW) - # Confidential Search #
Introduction:
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking for a high calibre professional to join their expanding IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT and desktop support to users, System setup and patch management, end-user support and office equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide first line IT support service and ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service targets
- Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent
- 3 years of experience in IT support, IT officer, or similar role
- Willing and capable to learn new technology
- Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
- Proactive attitude on troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
