Introduction:

Our client is a listed manufacturing group, which is principally engaged in the provision of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to leading global consumer and industrial brands.They have establishments and facilities in Hong Kong, Southern China, and Vietnam. They are now looking for a high calibre IT Infrastructure Manager to join their China operations at Huizhou.

• Define and execute the groups IT infrastructure strategy, aligning it with the organization's business goals and objectives.
• Lead the IT infrastructure team to manage infrastructure, system development and implementation and optimization to ensure operation stability and efficiency.
• Design and implement robust networking and system solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks, virtualization, DR and security, to support the company's operations and growth.
• Enforce the Implementation and maintain security control measures in compliance with the security policies/standards/procedures;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in networking, system, and IT infrastructure management, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Manage all aspects of the IT infrastructure and telecommunication infrastructure together with a team of PRC supporting staffs

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
• 10 years working experience in IT infrastructure management and strong hands-on experience in networking, server, virtualization, security, at least 6 years managerial experience in manufacturing environment
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• High technology conscious, self motivating and detail-minded
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
