IT Assistant Manager
Maintain software, hardware, and network system.
Organize in-house trainings for employee on new technologies.
Provide technical support to employees within the organization and perform necessary tasks to resolve IT related issues.
Coordinate with service provider.
Coordinate with overseas IT team in daily operations, including providing consultation and troubleshooting when issue arises.
Manage and monitor IT infrastructure such as networks, servers, and backup systems to ensure smooth operation.
Review and enhance data security measures to protect IT systems from cyberattacks.
Research for new know-how or technologies to develop and maintain the companys computer system.
Maintain and manage IT assets.
Support the IT Manager in managing general IT tasks, including planning, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the organizations IT systems.
Assign jobs to other staff and monitor jobs progressive in IT section to achieve sections KPI.
Assist in planning and executing various IT projects, including tracking progress and evaluating project outcomes.
Other jobs assigned by the manager.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
At least 4 year experience in IT function (must have at least 1 year at Management level)
Good command of English (Email & Conversation)
Minimum of 4 years experience in IT helpdesk, or IT management, or LAN or WAN operator or System Administration, or workstation operation including Microsoft O365 Office Suite, e-mail, local area network and hardware infrastructure or with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Window Networking System.
Knowledge of networks, Operating Systems, and server management.
ERP system concept, especially Sales and Financial modules.
Database concept & SQL command, Web Development (HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CMS)
