Introduction:

Opportunities hiring in Malaysia seeking for HR Executive

Responsibilities:


  1. Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  3. Prepare standard HR letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
  4. Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  5. Assist in pre-employment checks and onboarding arrangements for new hires.
  6. Support monthly payroll processing by preparing payroll inputs and verifying payroll reports.
  7. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, insurance, and leave records.
  8. Support the administration of performance appraisal and review exercises in accordance with company guidelines.
  9. Ensure HR practices comply with the Malaysian Employment Act and applicable labour regulations.
  10. Carry out any project or assignment as directed by the superior.




Requirements:


  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of HR related experience.
  3. Working knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and statutory requirements.
  4. Team-oriented individual with resourcefulness and effective communication skills.
  5. Process strong analytical skill, meticulous and able to work independently.
