Introduction:

Our client from a diverse portfolio, primarily focused on property development, property investment, and hospitality. The company is renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial properties, alongside strategic investments in hotels and other hospitality assets. They are seeking for HR & Admin Senior/Executive.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees using the HR Payroll System
  2. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, income tax filings, and other mandatory deductions
  3. Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  4. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and provide necessary reports.
  5. Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  6. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
  7. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
  8. Maintain and update employees P-files and data
  9. Handle HR functions - recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and feedback facilitation
  10. Assist on other adhoc HR matters assigned by HR Director/Manager


Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Payroll or equivalent
  2. Experience in BIPO HR Software is an added advantage or other HRIS System
  3. At least 2 to 4 year of working experience in related field
  4. Experience in payroll processing within Hospitality/Property Management/Real Estate/Constructions or other industry
  5. Experience in Payroll including OT processing
  6. Experience in HR Generalist role
  7. Strong local employment law knowledge
  8. Good knowledge of MS Office eg. MS Excel & Word.
  9. Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
