Introduction:

Oversee the selection and integration of technology solutions to enhance cur-rent operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection and integration of technology solutions to enhance current operations
• Ensure the reliability and security of all IT systems: data, network access, email, web server and backup systems
• Enhance System performance, review current IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Manage and mentor a diverse team IT staff, provide ongoing support and maintenance to all stakeholders
• Monitor the IT budget, including software licensing and resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
• Work closely with department heads, system users, and regional stakeholders Perform regular system audits

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or IT related discipline
• At least 10 years of working experience on IT systems, application and infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in OA, SAP, SRM and PLM is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to China factory
