Introduction:

Our client is a listed company and is primarily engaged in the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a General Manager, Shanghai based for overseas market (B2C Channel).

Responsibilities:

1. Building the Overseas B2C Channel Recruitment System:  Responsible for designing and implementing the full-process system for overseas B2C channels (home decoration/consumer side).
2. Designing Regional Channel Incentive Policies:  Conduct in-depth research on channel structures and partner needs in key overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
3. Building and Implementing Channel Enablement Systems:  Establish a comprehensive enablement system for overseas B2C channels.
4. Developing Enablement Tools and Materials:  Develop and continuously optimize enablement tools and materials for overseas B2C channels.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration and Integrated Support:  Work with overseas sales, product, and marketing teams to provide integrated support.
6. Comprehensive Recruitment and Operation Evaluation System:  Establish an evaluation system covering overseas B2C channel recruitment effectiveness, incentive policy execution, and enablement implementation, focusing on monitoring key metrics.
7. Best Practices Consolidation and New Market Expansion Support:  Systematically consolidate best practices for overseas B2C channels.

Requirements:

1. A dynamic leader with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
3. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the paints/coatings or chemical manufacturing industry.
4. Proven experience in a regional exposure in Southeast Asia.
5. Strong knowledge of decorative paints, coatings technology, and manufacturing processes.
