Introduction:

Report to the Deputy General Manager in providing general office administration, clerical support, answering incoming calls and guests greeting

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general office administration, clerical support, answering incoming calls and guests greeting
  2. Provide office admin duties including office/pantry supplies procurement, vendors/suppliers coordination and management, office facilities management, courier arrangement, etc
  3. Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above with 2 years relevant experience
  2. Familiar with Microsoft Office and other PC applications
  3. Good telephone manners and communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently, mature and detail-minded
  5. Good command of both written and spoken Japanese (N3 or above), English and Chinese
