Introduction:

A well-established company with conglomerate business is hiring finance manager to cope with the growing business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• 4 years or above of experience in financial consolidations, experience in listed companies, MNC or sizable audit firms preferable
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Solid technical knowledge of complex manual consolidations for multiple subsidiaries and IFRS accounting standards
• Responsible, detail-minded, independents, able to work under pressure and meet tight timeliness with strong problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of month end processes and internal controls
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
• Proficent in MS Office

Requirements:

• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end financial consolidations and prepare financial statements, report & accounting schedules;
• Co-ordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits;
• Assist in preparation of interim and annual results of the Group;
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, including Group consolidations thereof;
• Prepare operational analyses and reports;
• Liaising with bankers, auditors and group companies 
• Handle tax filings;
