-Direct and oversee the daily operations of the local finance team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
-Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and mentor staff to build a capable and motivated finance function.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
-Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
-Develop and monitor annual budgets, manage CAPEX planning, and assist with investment analysis.
-Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, monthly accruals, and ensure accurate accounting treatments.
-Analyze performance trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
-Ensure full compliance with Thai financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting.
-Coordinate and manage external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
-Oversee tax planning and timely filing of statutory tax returns.
-Manage compliance processes for BOI, IEAT, Free Zone, and customs-related filings.
-Liaise with HQ and Global CFO on financial matters, including reporting, allocations, and regulatory updates.
-Assist with group-wide stocktakes, expense processing, and internal control initiatives.
-Provide insights into local laws and practices to guide global financial planning and investments.
-Support the integration of finance systems and alignment with corporate financial policies.
-Design and implement internal control systems tailored to local needs.
-Adapt and enforce group financial policies while ensuring relevance to local operations.
-Promote risk management practices and fraud prevention across all departments.
-Encourage compliance with company-wide approval processes and procurement protocols.
-Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
-ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
-Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership within manufacturing industries.
-Prior audit experience, especially in manufacturing environments, is desirable.
-Proficient in Thai GAAP and familiar with international accounting standards.
-Strong expertise in SAP or other enterprise financial systems.
-Sound knowledge of BOI, IEAT applications, and government incentive schemes.
-Capable of designing and leading internal control improvements.
-Fluent in English or Mandarin; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and engage with international leadership.
-High integrity, proactive mindset, and strong organizational abilities.
-Strong sense of ownership and commitment to business success.
