Field Service Engineer
Introduction:
My client, is the world leader in dental solutions located at Quarry Bay, is now looking for the above position urgently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship to the highest possible level
- Pre site-visit for verifications, floor plan drawing and preparation to support the activities related to equipment installation and other possible issues
- Responding to service calls, service dispatch for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request, provide technical support to customers
- Perform remote and onsite support as required to ensure equipment meets performance specifications
- Perform Operation Training and Maintenance Training to customers
- Provide regular and active checking and support to existing customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering or Biomedical engineering or equivalent in Radiology of university graduate
- At least two years on equipment service, preferable on Dental Equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
- Good presentation, communication and people skill
