Responsibilities:
· 私人家庭廚師，負責家庭菜式及宴客菜 (包括選購食材及烹調食物)
· 設計日常及宴會菜單和食譜；定期設計新菜式
· 注重個人及廚房衛生，對食物及廚房的安全衛生具有知識
· 擅長膳食營養搭配，熟悉食品處理、衛生、準備和烹飪程序
· 確保食品和擺盤符合最高質量標準
· 精通烹飪，精通各種小菜、湯水
· 負責廚房清潔工作
Requirements:
- 對中菜 | 亞洲菜式 |西餐 (意大利,法國等) 有豐富經驗
- 注意衛生、守時、有責任心
- 能夠在繁忙的廚房高效工作
- 努力工作、良好的時間管理和可靠
- 現職為大廚者優先考慮
