Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Brand Management, the F&B Experience Director will direct and manage the company's brand experience focusing on the F&B department.

BASE IN THAILAND PHUKET

  • Increase our customer acquisition at our properties while praising our loyal guests, diversify our revenue streams and continuously unleash ground up ideas with Yearly hotel Luxury Comp Set Research
  • Responsible in monitoring compliance of brand at its highest luxury quality brand continues to be relevant to the industry by monitoring compliance at the highest luxury quality and continuously create new experiences for new market trends
  • Managing, collecting, and co-developing the brand and concept experiences - targeting 30 Best Practices to cross expose and be adopted within it properties
  • Develop brand training tools for associates understanding our brand experience. Complete a yearly brand refresh training and spot internal talents for future Property Experience Director
  • Develop brand assets for internal communication, focusing on showcasing our brands uniqueness. Partnering with Brand HQ Brand Communications in sharing property stories for marketing content based on yearly brand/global campaign needs
  • Representing Brand Ambassador role for Brand Assurance Audit, which includes all ACCOR on-boarding and franchise
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Applicants with high end hotel operations and F&B experience will be preferred.
  • Capable to manage various operation department and PL
  • High aesthetic, passionate about guests and developing curated of experience, strong leadership and teamwork skills, creative and positive thinking
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in English language
  • Agile with organizing and conducting online and offline projects

KPI

  • Upselling for pre-arrival guests
  • Increase in revenue for listed Signature Standards
  • NPS and Repeat rate
  • Increase in share of voice from branded programs (BTWS, Stay For Good, etc.)
