Introduction:

A HK listed food conglomerate is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in business activities
• Able to communicate effectively with teams and business heads 
• Be the key person to compile and consolidate reports and analysis, management report writing and correspondence writing
• Participate in meetings with top management, prepare agenda and meeting note
• Handle business correspondence, other confidential and professional documents as instructed
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Chinese or English Languages Literature, Communication, Translation, Journalism, Linguistic or other business related disciplines
• Grade C (HKCEE) or Level 4 (DSE) above in Chinese/ English is required
• Experience in China style Chinese writing 
• Working experience in translation, public relations and corporate communication is definitely an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in supporting senior executive
• Proactive, strong communication skill, highly flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment
