Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
2. Streamline processes by integrating advanced digital technologies across all departments.
3. Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital strategies and secure support for transformative initiatives.
4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives proactively.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the digital marketplace.
6. Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes while reporting to stakeholders and steering committees.
7. Lead the end-to-end delivery of proposals, defining the transformation roadmap that aligns with stakeholder visions and strategic objectives.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while guiding your project team toward successful outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or above, preferably in computer studies, or related fields
2. At least 10 years experience IT experience. Of which, around 3-4 years in digital transformation. 
3. With solid experience on projects involving new technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), mobile applications and digital engineering.
4. Experience with different integration platforms and knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-based integrations is preferred.
5. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent leadership, team management, and change management skills.
7. Strong business sense and the ability to turn technical ideas into practical solutions.
8. Self-motivated, positive and able to work independently
