Introduction:

Our client, a mold manufacturing in China (Huizhou) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans (weekly, monthly, annual), monitor performance, and drive improvement initiatives.

Lead new project planning, evaluation, design reviews, process allocation, and final confirmation of mold design solutions.

Define project objectives, prepare operational reports, and maintain accurate documentation.

Oversee mold maintenance, improvement planning, production and repair coordination, and provide technical guidance.

Analyze defects during production before and after mold transfer to mass production, implement corrective solutions, and supervise execution.

Conduct technical training and knowledge sharing on mold design engineering drawings to strengthen team expertise.

Manage daily production operations, equipment maintenance, mold grinding and repair, and lifespan assessments.

Develop and execute management training programs, implement “5S” practices, and promote visual management.

Organize and lead cost-reduction initiatives for molds to improve profitability.

Requirements:

College degree or above; proficiency in 2D/3D software.

Minimum 5 years of factory management experience, with expertise in precision stamping production and mold design.

Strong knowledge of sheet metal, stamping processes, and quality standards.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports.

Extensive workshop management experience; capable of independently driving lean operations in stamping workshops.

Familiarity with ISO/TS16949 and other quality/environmental systems; experience in quality management, “Three Major Managements,” QCC/PF activities preferred.
