Customer Service Representative (No OT, friendly working environment)
Introduction:
Our client, a global leader in visual environment technologies with sectors including theatrical & live event entertainment lighting, rigging and specified architectural lighting is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Follow up order and customer service
- Prepare quotation
- Liaise with S.E. Asia customers
- Ad hoc assignments
- 13 months salary + discretionary quarterly bonus
- Medical insurance coverage
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- 3 years of customer service experience in trading/manufacturing field and solid experience in multi-national company is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, stable and a good team player
- MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- SAP Knowledge is preferred
