Our client, a leading well-established Asian based Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) manufacturer with Chinese medicine practitioner network, is now looking for a high calibre candidate for the position of CRM Manager to join its Hong Kong office.

• Drive Membership Acquisition, Retention and Engagement to achieve business goals
• Develop and implement CRM campaigns, engagement activities, and promotions for both online and offline platforms.
• Liaise and drive collaboration with strategic partners for joint promotion opportunities to capitalize on business opportunities and captivate customers
• Analyse the sales data and identify key purchase trends and analyze all data
• Collaborate with retail team, e-com and product teams to plan targeted programs and customer development initiatives through customer database segmentation, personalized communications creation, multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Analytic or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experiences in CRM management, preferably in retail industry.
• Solid experience in customer acquisition, segmentation and retention.
• Strong knowledge in consumer data analysis and loyalty program formation.
• Experience in new CRM System / Loyalty program implementation is a MUST
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Logical mindset with strong analytic skill is an advantage
