Introduction:

My client, a listing company and they grow their business operations worldwide and looking for qualified candidates to join the Company Secretariat team.

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide quality and professional secretarial services to all companies and subsidiaries of the Group to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
• Responsible for the board management procedures and communications with users departments and where applicable, other professional advisors
• Provide and review full range of company secretarial, compliance and corporate governance support for the Group and its subsidiaries in different jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with membership of HKICS / ICSA 
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in listed companies
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Proficient in MS office application
• Applicant with more experience would consider as Senior Company Secretarial Officer
