Introduction:

Our client, Trading of Helicopter parts is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, present and elaborate commercial programs / management reports effectively to senior management
• Take minutes in English
• Communicate with French factory
• Closely contact with suppliers in a form of business emails and phone calls
• Problem detecting and solving in any aspect of business
• Order book monitoring for scheduled delivery and quantity.
• Placing of Orders and timely payment settlement
• Quality issues and special requests
• Weekly coordination with supplier and information exchange
• Quarterly and annual management review report
• Business trip (once/month)

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Excellent proficiency in use of English (spoken/written), Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
• Understanding the French language is an advantage
• 5 years or above experience in trading company
• With the concept of International trade
• Able to draft, prepare, present and elaborate commercial programs / management reports effectively to senior management of large industrial organisation internationally.
• Be analytical, logical, and rational thinking, able to react promptly to ad hoc queries with appropriate responding actions. Owns negotiating talent, be decisive and problem-solving capabilities
• MS Office
