Introduction:

Our client, a banking association is looking for a high calibre candidate for the position of Business Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Secretariat in providing efficient and professional secretariat, research and administrative support to the association
• Support the managers in organising functions, desk top research and developing submissions to the Government and regulators
• Assist in membership services and communication
• Handle complaints and enquiries 

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably with major in Translation or related discipline
• 5-10 years administrative support experience
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong software skill including MSW, Excel and PowerPoint
• A pleasant and mature person as well as a good team player
• Stable work history
