Introduction:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our new commercial laundry service. You will be responsible for finding new customers, increasing sales, and building strong relationships. This role involves creating sales plans, understanding the market, and working with our operations team to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and put in place sales strategies to meet our targets.
2. Identify and reach out to potential clients like hotels and resorts.
3. Research industry trends and what our competitors are doing.
4. Create agreements with important clients.
5. Build strong relationships with clients to keep their business.
6. Handle questions and feedback professionally.
7. Ensure our service meets customer needs.
8. Report on sales results and plan for the future.
9. Work with the marketing team on promotions.
10. Attend events to network and promote our services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the Marketing, Business, or a related field would be beneficial.
2. Experience in sales, ideally in laundry, hotels, or a similar service industry.
3. Strong skills in negotiation and communication.
4. Ability to create and follow sales plans.
5. Experience managing customer relationships.
6. Self-motivated and focused on achieving goals.
7. Good computer skills.
8. Knowledge of laundry services and pricing is a plus.
