Introduction:

Location: Chonburi Salary Range: 45,000 – 55,000 THB (Based on experience) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to significantly reduce waste (MUDA), minimize cycle times, and maximize productivity.
2. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and resource optimization to meet annual budget targets.
3. Lead and drive new product introduction (NPI) or process improvement projects from initial concept through to full production.
4. Act as a technical mentor to the production team. Develop and deliver training sessions on workflow improvements, standardized work, and cost-saving techniques.
5. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma) to provide data-backed recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the Automotive Industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
3. Proven track record in cost reduction and cycle time optimization. Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949).
4. Good command of English (both written and spoken) for reporting and collaborating with regional stakeholders.
5. Must have a personal vehicle and be able to travel to the plant independently (self-commute).
6. A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence staff at all levels.
