Our client, a fast-growing education consultant company, is looking for a high-caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Creating and managing course structures, lesson plans, syllabi, and materials to deliver high-quality tutoring services
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, school administrators, and educational consultantsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and the achievement of customer satisfaction
3. Evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs and making improvements as needed
4. Collaborating with tutors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of educational programs with learner needs and objectives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience in a UK boarding school and/or university is highly preferred
4. Strong knowledge of the UK education system Passion for developing educational programs and courses that support students in achieving academic success
5. Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
