Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit raw material lists, BOMs, and BOI formulas in compliance with BOI requirements.

• Handle BOI privileges for raw material, machinery, and equipment release processes.

• Prepare and submit raw material stock cutting reports and reconcile material balances with actual usage.

• Prepare and submit BOI applications and supporting documents according to company policies and procedures.

• Coordinate approval processes for returning raw materials, machinery, or equipment overseas.

• Handle applications for destruction of raw materials and production loss under BOI regulations.

• Process applications for foreign skilled technicians, specialists, and experts entering Thailand.

• Manage import-export duty refund processes and coordinate with related authorities.

• Liaise with BOI, Customs Department, and other government agencies regarding BOI matters.

• Maintain BOI documentation systematically and ensure readiness for audits or inspections.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BOI operations and related documentation.

• Strong attention to detail with high integrity and responsibility.

• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Chinese communication skills will be an advantage (not mandatory).
