Assistant Administration Manager
Introduction:
Our client, a banking association located at Central is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Administration Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Info email account
- Assist with the website revamp project
- Coordinate IT/email technical issues with IT vendors
- Handle inquiries & invitations
- Prepare the monthly report and other work reports for the Secretariat
- Provide administrative support to the Project Team
Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
- Solid IT proficiency
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A team player with a positive attitude
