Responsibilities:

Responsibilities：

• Expanding sales related to overseas advertisers and agencies for our Ads Business in Japan HQ

• Building and managing global teams (not only in Japan, but also in China and other countries)

• Developing strategies and managing their progress to improve overseas sales

• Developing systems and operations in cooperation with relevant departments to ensure smooth transactions with overseas clients

• Sharing customer feedback with Ad Products and other departments and collaborating with them to evolve the product

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Experience of 5+ years in online ads or management of online ads

• Experience of 5+ years in the internet services industry

• Experience of 5+ years as sales or BD role

• Experience of 3+ years in cross-border dealings; 3+ years of business experience in China

• Experience in managing teams with two or more levels; or manage 10+ team members

• Fluent in both English & Chinese Mandarin; Japanese skill is preferred

• Ability to make frequent business trips for on-site management, building relationship with existing clients and securing new clients
