Event Project Manager

An international food & beverage publication company is seeking candidates for the position of Event Project Manager.


  • Planning, organizing, and executing events and projects including offline and online events i.e. Gala dinners, Media conferences, Trade seminars, Food festivals, Private dinners, Wine tasting, Masterclasses, Live shows etc.
  • Event planning & execution and controlling costs & budget
  • Prioritize among multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Create creative proposals which also achieve clients/partners’ objectives
  • Support event organization in Asia including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
  • Occasional travel is required


  • Diploma holder or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality or equivalent is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in event management
  • Competent in MS Office Suite software
  •  Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Versatile to work independently as an individual and be a team player
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
