Chinese Chef / Event Coordinator

Our client is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations of the kitchen
- Ensure a high standard of food preparation, service, hygiene and work safety in the kitchens
- Assist in organizing events if needed
- Ensure guests have a memorable experience through producing great dishes
- Have knowledge in nutrition and able to apply into the dishes
- Able to travel
Requirements:
Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in similar capacity
- Outgoing and energetic personality, with basic English communication skills
- Experience working in a Michelin level or equivalent restaurant
- Must be very honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Willing to travel
