Introduction:
A professional association in Hong Kong is looking for a high caliber candidate to join Membership Services Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setting up of a tech project for the building of a innovation community with its members;
- Work with external parties and technology start-ups pursuant to the organization's IT project(s);
- Assist in the development of new mobile app(s) and/or other solutions as shall be identified;
- Assist in the planning and execution of technology-related strategies and activities;
- Execute ongoing technology initiatives;
- Promote awareness of the project and other technology initiatives through social media and other marketing-communication campaigns;
- Assist in committee work, ad-hoc projects/ tasks as assigned which may or may not be technology related; and
- Assist in the organization of functions and activities, classes, seminars, webinars, receptions and other functions of the Department.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering professional services to members and love to apply technology in enhancing the communication among members and the organization
- High diploma or above, with 3 years or above of experience in membership services or customers services
- A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
